4. Safety & Integrity – To moderate user-generated content, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Use.

5. Analytics & Improvements – To understand app performance and enhance user experience (e.g., Apple or Firebase analytics).

6. Legal & Compliance – To meet tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.

We never sell your personal information and do not permit third-party ad tracking across unrelated apps or websites.

4. Your Choices & Rights

• Access & Updates – View or edit your profile at any time in the App.

• Deletion – Request deletion of your account and data via settings → privacy or by emailing us. We will honor requests unless we must keep data to comply with law or resolve disputes.

• Communications – Opt out of promotional emails or push notifications in your device or account settings.

• California (CCPA) / GDPR (EU/UK) – Residents may have additional rights to know, correct, transfer, or restrict certain processing. We honor these rights and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (e.g., donation records for tax reporting).

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it promptly and disable the account. Parents who believe their child has provided us data may contact us at privacy@josenietojr.com.

7. Security

We employ industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted network connections (TLS), secure payment tokenization, and least-privilege access controls. While no method is 100 % secure, we routinely review and enhance our safeguards.

Your data may be stored and processed on servers located in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. We use approved transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect personal data moved outside its country of origin.
